Firestone Complete Auto Care

Cesar 2 months ago

Got my vehicle aligned at another firestone location about a month or so ago and they didn’t get it quite right. Decided to bring it to the Ann Rd and Decatur location (heard good things). All I got to say is Chris and his team did a killer job! Got me taken care of about an hour and a half ahead of schedule and they ensured my truck’s alignment was on point. Super happy with their work, appreciated the attention to detail!

I went to the Ann Rd location because it had the best reviews for Firestone in my area. I didn't have an appointment but after waking up to my car barely starting, I stopped by after work without an appointment & Brian was able to fit me in immediately! He was very helpful in getting my contact info updated while I waited for another technician to look at my car. Turns out I just needed a new battery & Brian had me back on the road in about 15 minutes! I'll be back to this location soon to have my a.c. checked out.

I had a hiccup with my appointment, but Brian was able to quickly get me in for the service I needed. He was also super knowledgeable about my warrenty, and everything went smoothly. Ive had problems with other shops about using the warrenty but not here! Thank you for such a great experience and I'll definitely be headed back.

They were amazing! Same day appointment. Something was wrong with the tire, they inspected the vehicle and found that the tire was not round. Cleaned my back brakes, did fuel injector, balanced the tires. Very nice and polite, great conversation. Made me feel at home. Honest, saved me $, and worked on my car same day. Decided to buy new tires since I was going to make a 2,000 mile trip. These guys were very accommodating and saved me $ without having to ask for discounts.

These guys are amazing and they didn’t charge me for how easy the repair was on my car. (Check image for Auto Tech description) I will definitely be coming back to this place every time my car needs to be serviced.
